E-Learning Course of Driving School

Master's thesis contains basic informations about e-learning and describe it by many criteria. It also describes progress and current trends in e-learning and what is needed to create interactive study materials and courses. I analyse most important advantages and disadvantages of these courses. I designed Web-based training system (WBT) for driving school, which is implemented as a program prototype of e-learning system.

E-learning is being increasingly viewed as an important activity in the field of distance and continuing education. Web-based courses offer obvious advantages for learners by making access to educational resource at any time or place feasible. The Czech Chamber of Tax Consultants and Auditors is is among other activities also responsible for training and educating of its members in the Czech Republic. To meet this mission in the most effective way, I will describe the implementation of an e-learning platform and corresponding courseware which will assist to deploy its training mission. Distance education of pupils with physical and combined disabilities at lower secondary school

The diploma thesis is dedicated to the distance education of pupils with physical and combined disabilities, with a focus on those where physical disabilities predominate. It specifically addresses pupils in the secondary grades of elementary schools established according to § 16, paragraph 9 of the Education Act. The theoretical section briefly characterizes students with physical and combined disabilities. Additionally, it outlines the conditions, specifics, and possibilities of education for this target group in the Czech Republic. The chapter on distance education introduces the forms of teaching, its organization, specifics, benefits, and challenges for students in this group and their teaching staff. A qualitative research study is included in the thesis, conducted through semi-structured interviews with thirteen teaching staff members from four schools. The research aimed to determine the extent and ways in which, according to pedagogical staff, the experience with mandated distance learning influenced the education of students with physical disabilities. The job content of teaching assistant in distance learning

The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of teaching assistants during distance learning in primary schools. The declaration of a state of emergency in March 2020 created a completely new situation for teaching staff that they had to deal with. In this work, the content of the work of teaching assistants in this period will be monitored, the support of children from socially disadvantaged backgrounds by these teaching staff and, last but not least, the changes that took place among teaching assistants after the return to traditional face-to-face teaching will be mentioned.
The impact of the Covid 19 pandemic on teaching techniques and strategies

The impact of the Covid 19 epidemic on instructional methods and practices is examined in the diploma thesis. The thesis seeks to ascertain Covid 19's effect on modifications to learning methods and strategies. The objective is to identify the changes that will take place. Identifying obstacles and figuring out whether teachers are interested in changing their teaching methods. Theoretical material includes searches of relevant literature and other sources. Primarily findings of the Czech School Inspection; judgments and suggestions from the Ministry of Education and Sports are also included. The results of the questionnaire survey are the main topic of the practical section. The quantitative study was conducted using a questionnaire among instructors. (specifically, 101 respondents). The output is recommendations on how to incorporate changes into teaching, such as through subsidies, as well as recommendations on how to employ various teaching apps that do not require financial subsidies. Distanční vzdělávání u žáků se specifickými vzdělávacími potřebami z pohledu rodičů a z pohledu pedagogů Distance Education of Pupils with Specific Educational Needs from the View of Parents and Teachers Kateřina Nováková ABSTRACT: The thesis is focused on the topic of distance education, which is caused by the pandemic of the Covid-19 disease (second half of the 2019/2020 school year and 2020/2021 school year). It is especially aimed on the specifics of distance education for pupils with specific educational needs. This topic is examined from the perspective of elementary school teachers and parents of students with specific educational needs. The theoretical basis of the thesis consists in the description of the system of education of pupils with SEN in the Czech Republic, in the specifics of the personality of pupils with SEN and in the theoretical system of distance education in primary school. A research survey among teachers and parents representing 4 primary schools in the district of Liberec shows some practical aspects of distance education, especially for pupils with SEN. Perception of distance learning from the perspective of teachers to student with special educational needs in primary education

The aim of the diploma thesis and research project is to find out the pitfalls and positives of distance education in realiton to pupils with special educational needs in mainstream schools from the point of view of teachers. The work responds to the period of the COVID-19 pandemic, when education was forced to introduce nationwide distance education. In the theoretical part, the work deals with pupils with special educational needs and legislation, counseling system and inclusive education belonging to them. Furthermore, the factors influencing the educational process of pupil with SEN are defined, with and emphasis on the framework educational program of basic education, support measures, teaching assistants and methods and forms of work with these pupils. The last chapter is devoted to distance education, where the elements of distance education, the conducted research and the cooperation of all actors involved in education during the pandemic are described. The empirical part, with the help of a qualitative investigation using the techniques of analysis of the studied literature and semi-structured interviews, ascertains the experiences of teachers with distance education for pupils with special educational needs. E-learning implementation into company education regarding the 70:20:10 educational model

This thesis sees the use of e-learning as an important tool for distant learning and adult education. The theoretical part focuses on the introduction of e-learning, its advantages, and disadvantages, detailly describes the stakeholders and created standards for e-learning, too. Thesis also describes the pedagogical aspects during development of e-learning. An integral part of this thesis is the description of the 70:20:10 education model and adult learning. The key part of the research is the quantitative data collection. The research questions are validated by a questionnaire according to which several recommendations and possible improvements emerged. As a part of the research of this thesis, a community on the Fuse platform has been created. Individual departments from Hilti ČR spol. s r.o. can upload their training materials to this platform.
